Welcome to Mountain Memories (and more)! Please enjoy your journey through the visions that I have captured in my photography.
The beauty of God's nature is best appreciated in person but photographs allow us to experience places where one may have never been and can record a fraction of a moment in time that will never be exactly duplicated again.
The menu to the right on this homepage will help you navigate this website. I shall periodically add musings to the page "Featured Foto with Facts" to give more information on selected photographs and discuss aspects of photography. The page entitled "Fotolosophy" is about my personal philosophy regarding photography as a science and an art. In the "An Amateur's Advice" section I hope to give some tips that I have learned and discovered over the years that have helped me improve my photography and may be useful to you. You may also want to check out my "Blog" if you wish to comment, critique, ask me questions about my images or just discuss outdoor photography in general.
I have placed some photos under my "Digital Downloads" gallery which could make nice computer desktop wallpaper backgrounds (I use some of them myself) so please visit that gallery also. If you find an image in another one of my galleries that you would like to download, please contact me and I'll place a downloadable copy into the Digital Downloads gallery.
The watermark "C" in the upper left of all photos will not be present on any orders, digital or otherwise.
If you would prefer other pictures of mountains, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, aspen trees, fall colors in the Rockies or some other landscape in the Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak vicinity please email me (click on the "Contact" button under my name on this page) and I will see if either I have one or I can go out and photograph one for you and then post it on this website.
Also you will find galleries which include cityscapes and architecture photographs of Chicago, ravines and parks in Ohio (particularly the Columbus area), Colorado wildlife and wildflowers, waterfalls, brooks, streams and snow scenes. I shall eventually be adding some galleries pertaining to New Mexico, the "Land of Enchantment".
I would be honored if some of my photos would find their way onto the walls of your home, office, business, waiting room or your computer desktop.
Please sign my guestbook. Your comments are appreciated and thank you for visiting!
