A dirt road off the Pikes Peak Highway leads to the North and South Catamount Reservoirs which are part of the water supply to Colorado Springs. In September, 2016 this stand of aspen trees were reflecting into the reservoir and helped fill in a a more or less "dead spot" of the composition.
