There is something very soothing to this image of a newly and softly snow blanketed Pikes Peak as the misty clouds uncover this Colorado iconic mountain.
I captured this scenic taken from Garden of the Gods in December, 2013 on very cold day. Framed by the dead pine tree on the left and the sandstone rock structure on the right, it gives a different perspective on America's Mountain.
