This image is of Bear Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park on a misty morning, October, 2006. Common above water on cool mornings, mist will form and create photo ops that provide a moody, almost mysterious feeling to the scene. I used the fallen tree in the lake as a "leading line" to guide the viewer's eye to the fading pine trees in the background.
