13. Summer in North Cheyenne Canyon, 4 August 2014

With adequate rain North Cheyenne Creek flows well in the summer. Using a slower shutter speed allows the "cotton candy" effect on the water as it cascades over and between rocks. A tripod is usually necessary as is a remote or cable release to decrease camera movement during the longer exposure time.
