14. Sunstar over the Foothills, 5 August 2014

Using a small aperture setting and having the foothills obscure part of the sun helped create this "sunstar" effect. This also helped highlight - and backlight - the bush in the right foreground which was balanced by Pikes Peak and Kissing Camels Rock on the left.
